Are your items Authentic?
- All handbags and accessories on Luxe Purses.com are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not buy or sell fake items or reproductions. The items on our website have either been purchased at luxury boutiques, major department stores or designer outlets (which are abundant in our area.) Any item that is accepted on consignment has been authenticated by several of our resources. If you have any doubts or questions about an item, please Email Us prior to purchase or contact one of the Authentication websites listed on our Resources page.
What's different about Luxe Purses?
- Luxe Purses is the only Handbag & Accessory website that offers an International Concierge Service as well as Layaway and Consignment. Please follow the links, at the top of the page, to find out more about our unique Shopping services. Also, when using our Consignment Service you receive the benefit of professional photographers who photograph all our listed items. The better something looks, the easier it is to sell!
Where do you find your "deals"?
- The discounts I find usually depend on the brand, model, time of year and sometimes, just being in the right place, at the right time. The discounts I’ve found can range from 10% - 75% off retail prices. Since I’ve also developed many key relationships with boutique managers and department store salespeople they keep me informed of upcoming sales and items that will be available in those sales. To get the best deal you often have to be the first person in line! Sometimes though, it isn't about finding a "sale," it's about finding a purse you've been lusting after...You want that bag, no matter the cost!
What is your return policy?
- Returns are not allowed for items that are sold on our website. We fully disclose the condition that the items are in, prior to purchase. We provide detailed measurements, descriptions and photographs on each and every item. Vintage and consignment items are sold "as-is" since they are limited specialty items. We are happy to help you in the purchase of your item and we strongly encourage our customers to become familiar with the brands that they want to purchase, so there is no "buyer's remorse" after the purchase.
You may return any item yourself if it has been purchased through our International Concierge Service because you are provided with a gift receipt from the store it was purchased at.

How can I be sure your product is right for me?
- We make every effort to photograph the purses and accessories as clearly as possible. We have included multiple professional photographs of each item, to help aid you in your purchasing decision. We have included accurate measurements as well.
If we find any imperfections in an item they will be clearly noted, described and photographed, if possible. Please keep in mind that color variations can occur from monitor to monitor and we cannot guarantee color matching. Please contact us before purchase with any specific questions regarding an items color or sizing.
How do I purchase an item?
- We have just updated our website to utilize a secure shopping cart system that uses Paypal for payment processing. For higher cost items we may also offer a "Cash Discount" price for bank wire transfers. Please contact us, for our bank routing information, if you would like to make payment via wire transfer. We do accept checks for payment but we cannot put an item on "hold" while awaiting payment by check. If you want to pay by check, please mail in your payment, to our address listed below. Once we receive your check it has to clear our bank before your item can be shipped. While your check is processing, your requested item will appear on "hold" status. When mailing in payment please include the appropriate shipping amount and if your item is being delivered in the State of Florida, please add 7% sales tax to your total.

What are your shipping policies?
- Our stated shipping costs are good for US delivery only. We ship via Fed Ex Ground so we must have a street address for shipping. Any products ordered, that need to be shipped outside of the US, will incur additional shipping charges, that will be billed via separate invoice. All paid merchandise will be shipped within two business days after payment is received. Our shipping costs include full insurance. Purchases made via Paypal, on our secure shopping cart, will only be shipped to the verified billing address of the credit card. If you would like to purchase multiple products, please contact us, prior to ordering, for combined shipping costs.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is automatically charged for any order shipped to an address within the State of Florida.
Do you ship Internationally?
- We are happy to ship to our International customers via USPS Express Mail. All shipments are insured for the full purchase amount and that amount is disclosed on customs forms. For all shipments outside of the United States, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can determine your final shipping cost, as shipping costs listed are good for US shipments only. Taxes, customs and/or import duties are the direct responsibility of the customer and are in addition to our shipping charges. We ship from the State of Florida so you can use the postage tables at www.USPS.com to get an idea of what your shipping costs will be.
